Our buddy Banks is very sick. We thought we were bringing him in for a routine exam and sadly received a devastating diagnosis. Dr. Eldrenkamp is so very compassionate and her love for animals is evident. She took the time to bond with Banks and to clearly explain his diagnosis. She also took the time to answer our questions and listen to our grief. While we are heartbroken, her compassion made a difficult situation a little more bearable.
